The UK Space Agency, invites proposals for projects through the International Bilateral Fund (IBF) that will help strengthen the UK space sector’s international partnerships. Projects can be up to 18 months and must begin on 1 April 2027. Up to £1.5m is available in UK Space Agency grant funding for each project. Owing to high levels of anticipated demand for this funding call, the UK Space Agency has taken the decision to restrict the number of applications to one per lead organisation (for the avoidance of doubt, this measure applies to all types of organisations, including industrial, academic and public sector research bodies). The inclusion of an international partner and matched contributions (as per UK subsidy control guidelines) are mandatory.

The Minister for Veterans and People has committed to recognising and celebrating the contributions of women veterans' service in the UK Armed Forces. The UK Government’s Veterans Strategy includes a commitment to commission a new oral history project to capture and preserve the experiences of women veterans. The aim of this project is to create an official, digitised oral history collection documenting the lived experiences of women veterans. The project should capture experiences from recruitment and military service through to transition from the Armed Forces, including the impact on family life. The primary audience is the general public, with outputs also intended to inform policy officials, researchers, veterans and the wider armed forces community.

Boiler Upgrade Scheme

Depot Charging Scheme

The Depot Charging Scheme supports uptake of zero-emission HGVs, vans and coaches by part-funding the installation of charging infrastructure at fleet depots. The first application window ran from 25 March 2026 to 30 June 2026, and will fund 70% of charge point and civil costs, up to £1 million across all sites. The next window is expected to open from 28 October 2026 to 29 January 2027 for projects which may begin from April 2027 and must be delivered by 31 March 2028. The 4G+ Public Sector Asset Improvement Grant Scheme helps public sector organisations upgrade or replace existing assets so they can support 4G and 5G mobile infrastructure. This can include improving lighting columns, power supplies, access, structures, or fibre and ducting. Once upgraded, assets must be made available to mobile operators on a non‑exclusive, open access basis. Grants may fund up to 100% of eligible capital costs.
