Non-profit organisations Maximum grant Up to £2,000 Eligible area Cambridgeshire Deadlines 1 May Fund criteria Grants are available for projects that help people facing disadvantages and to those that engage and support local people, thus building stronger, healthier, inclusive and sustainable communities. The key funding priorities are: • Children and families • Adults facing life crisis • Adults with health conditions Examples of funded projects The Edge Café CIC received £1,400 for a new catering-grade cooker. The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra received £1,500 towards the delivery of a music-making project with young people in Cambridge who have complex mental health conditions and eating disorders. Cambridge Street Pastors received £670 to provide replacement equipment for the NightLite project, a drop-in, safe space in the centre of Cambridge every Saturday night. Cambridge Acorn Project CIC received £2,000 to provide schools with skilled, experienced and qualified supervision to help them manage difficult behaviour in school and provide effective interventions to support all children.
