HCF Emergency Relief Fund The HCF Emergency Relief Fund provides vital support to individuals and families affected by flooding or any other natural disasters. Our priority is to offer immediate financial support for people affected; to help with urgent needs such as the cost of temporary accommodation or purchasing items residents need in order to stay in their homes, such as dehumidifiers and replacing damaged food, clothing or bedding. About The HCF Emergency Relief Fund Applications can be made year round, whenever relief is required. We welcome applications from neighbourhood support groups as well as self-referral applications and from professionals applying on behalf of individuals in need. Grants of £200 are available for affected households. Households affected by flooding must apply within one month of the event. Grants of £500 are available for projects providing relief support for affected communities. Organisations, including flood or emergency‑relief groups, must apply using our main application form. Individuals making an application The fund is for immediate help. Please ensure you make an application within four weeks of the incident, or it may be rejected.
