HCF Mental Health Fund The HCF Mental Health Fund provides support for early intervention projects that support the mental health, emotional wellbeing and resilience of people living in Herefordshire. Priority given to projects working with children and young people. About The HCF Mental Health Fund The fund has decided to invest in Emotional Literacy and Support Assistance (ELSA) training over the next 12 to 18 months and therefore the fund is not currently open to other applications.
