The Tree Health Pilot (THP) scheme is testing different ways of slowing the spread of pests and diseases affecting trees in England. It expands on support available through the Countryside Stewardship Woodland Tree Health grant. The THP supports owners and managers of trees in woodland or trees outside woodland to deal with tree health issues. UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £25 million for pre-commercialisation projects. This funding is from the UKRI R&D Missions Accelerator Programme through the Clean Energy Superpower Mission.

Grant to provide support towards the costs of the purchase, installation and infrastructure of electric vehicle chargepoints at eligible places of work.

DCMS is providing grant funding for delivery partner(s) to test an innovative three-year ‘Connections through Gaming’ pilot that will use gaming as a route to engage boys aged 11–16 who may be experiencing loneliness, isolation or low wellbeing. The pilot will combine gaming-based activities, structured wellbeing and confidence-building support; opportunities to build friendships, confidence and positive social connections, both online and in person. The pilot is particularly focused on boys aged 11-16 who: - may be becoming withdrawn or isolated; - are struggling to build or maintain social connections; - are not currently engaging with existing youth services; and - would benefit from additional support before challenges become more entrenched.

UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £150 million to create scale up manufacturing facilities for zero emission vehicle technologies.

The Woodland Creation Planning Grant (WCPG) offers funding of up to £30,500 for the production of a UKFS-compliant woodland creation design plan. Landowners, land managers and public bodies can apply. WCPG is open for applications year-round. The ‘Find a grant’ tool requires a ‘closing date’ to be specified, however 31 March 2030 reflects the period WCPG funding is currently confirmed until, rather than a known closure date. The scheme was re-launched in autumn 2020 to enable more people to apply and help proposals move more quickly through the Environmental Impact Assessment process and future planting and establishment grant funding.

UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £20 million for late stage collaborative research and development projects. Projects will support the UK’s transition to zero emission vehicles and a pathway to a net zero automotive industry.

The Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) grant is available into financial year (FY) 2025/26 with price cap of £50,000, with grant rates up to £2,500 for an eligible vehicle. The recent price cap increase to £50,000 will bring more vehicles into scope, widening customer choice and removing barriers for disabled passengers by ensuring they can get around more easily and with peace of mind.

The programme supports innovation in legal services by accelerating the development and adoption of lawtech across England and Wales. It also supports the government’s ambition to maintain the UK’s position as a world-leading legal centre by promoting innovation, improving access to legal services and strengthening the international competitiveness of English and Welsh law. Lawtech refers to technology that supports, supplements or transforms the delivery of legal services. Examples include artificial intelligence tools that help individuals understand their legal rights, software that automates routine legal processes, digital dispute resolution platforms and technologies that improve the efficiency and accessibility of legal services.
