The Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) grant is available into financial year (FY) 2025/26 with price cap of £50,000, with grant rates up to £2,500 for an eligible vehicle. The recent price cap increase to £50,000 will bring more vehicles into scope, widening customer choice and removing barriers for disabled passengers by ensuring they can get around more easily and with peace of mind.

The Places of Worship Renewal Fund (PWRF) supports urgent repairs and essential improvements to listed places of worship in England. The National Space Innovation Programme (NSIP) provides co-funded grant support to derisk high-reward R&D projects with a clear target market. NSIP operates open funding calls for all space-related technologies under two strands: NSIP Kick Starter that supports highly disruptive early-stage innovations, and NSIP Major Projects which emphasizes commercialisation and growth of particularly lucrative ideas from UK businesses, universities and research organisations. NSIP Call 3 will expand the NSIP portfolio of innovative R&D projects that meet the programme’s objectives to: catalyse investment into the UK space sector, capture market growth, raise Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) of priority space capabilities, and position space activities closer to commercialisation and exploitation.

Child Focused Courts represents significant change to private law children’s cases. The model aims to improve the experience and outcomes for children and families, particularly adult and child victims of domestic abuse. It focuses on early identification of risk, increased engagement with children and bespoke support for victims, all within a streamlined court process.

UK registered businesses can apply for a share of up to £14.3 million to accelerate the adoption of quantum enabled position, navigation, and timing (PNT) and sensing technologies by addressing specific technical and commercial barriers.

UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £150 million to create scale up manufacturing facilities for zero emission vehicle technologies.

The Heat Network Efficiency Scheme (HNES) provides funding to public, private and third sector applicants, to support improvements to existing district heating or communal heating projects in England and Wales that are operating sub-optimally and resulting in poor outcomes for customers and operators. Projects can apply to HNES for either revenue or capital grant funding: Revenue grants – grants to fund procurement or mobilisation of external third-party support to carry out Optimisation Studies. These studies will assess heat network projects to identify causes of sub-optimal performance and recommend costed intervention or improvement measures. Capital grants – grants to part-fund the delivery (installation) of eligible intervention/improvement measures.

The Woodland Creation Planning Grant (WCPG) offers funding of up to £30,500 for the production of a UKFS-compliant woodland creation design plan. Landowners, land managers and public bodies can apply. WCPG is open for applications year-round. The ‘Find a grant’ tool requires a ‘closing date’ to be specified, however 31 March 2030 reflects the period WCPG funding is currently confirmed until, rather than a known closure date. The scheme was re-launched in autumn 2020 to enable more people to apply and help proposals move more quickly through the Environmental Impact Assessment process and future planting and establishment grant funding.

The Depot Charging Scheme supports uptake of zero-emission HGVs, vans and coaches by part-funding the installation of charging infrastructure at fleet depots. The first application window ran from 25 March 2026 to 30 June 2026, and will fund 70% of charge point and civil costs, up to £1 million across all sites. The next window is expected to open from 28 October 2026 to 29 January 2027 for projects which may begin from April 2027 and must be delivered by 31 March 2028. Terms and grant rates for this phase are still to be confirmed.

UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £150 million. The funding will be to develop, deploy and operate innovative clean maritime solutions for three years in a real world environment. This funding is from the Department for Transport.
